Yakinasu's recipe

I cooked Yakinasu too. ①Broil eggplants over high heat on metal grill until thoroughly soft. Peel skin immedietaly and cut into bite-size pieces. ②Serve on plate and pour soy sauce on top. Sprinkle with bonito shavings.
